BOOKING DEAL WITH STAMFORD PLAZA ADELAIDE
We have organised discount rates with the Stamford Plaza Hotel at 150 North Terrace (about 430m east of the venue). The information below is provided verbatim by the hotel.
The negotiated rate will be available during the period of 4th - 10th November 2019 inclusive. The rate on either side of this date will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
The specified rooms are as follows:
- Superior City View Room : $189.00 per room, per night, room only
- Superior Park View Room : $209.00 per room, per night, room only

Please note that as no rooms are actually being held aside for this group, rates are subject to availability at the time of booking. Should these room types become fully booked, then guests will be required to book a higher room type at an upgraded price.

BOOKING DEAL WITH MAJESTIC HOTELS
We have discount rates organised with two hotels in the Majestic Hotels chain, as follows:
- Majestic Roof Garden 55 Frome Street (about 1450 metres east-south-east by foot, or about 330m to the nearest tram stop ("Botanic Gardens") on the Botanic tram line extension (see the Local Information page for more information on tram travel within the city).
Rates: $180/night - Superior Room | $215/night - Majestic Balcony Room | $265/night - Majestic Suite. - Majestic Minima 146 Melbourne Street (about 2.1km north-east by foot through pleasant North Adelaide, or about 150m to Bust Stop 4 on Jerningham Street, which services the 98A (to the Conference venue) and 98C (from the Conference venue) bus routes).
Rate: $95/night - Unique Art Room.
The Roof Garden is located very near the eastern portion of Rundle Street, one of the more vibrant café and dining locations in Adelaide. The Minima, a boutique art hotel, is located in the heart of North Adelaide's Melbourne Street, another prominent epicurean location.
Please note that the Minima is staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., so it is suggested that you arrive at the hotel between those hours if possible. Outside those hours, the hotel intercom will allow you to contact other nearby hotels under the Majestic banner (the nearby Old Lion, or the Roof Garden) in order to gain access to the hotel lobby and your keys.

BOOKING DEAL WITH OAKS HOTELS
The Conference organisers have arranged discounted accommodation rates with nearby hotels that are part of the Oaks hotel group.
The hotels are:
- Oaks Embassy 96 North Terrace (across North Terrace, opposite the Conference venue);
- Oaks Horizons 104 North Terrace (across North Terrace, opposite the Conference venue);
- iStay Precinct 185 Morphett Street (about 640m south of the Conference venue).

The booking form will be pre-populated with the relevant promotion code ("CHEP2019"). You must then select the appropriate hotel (Oaks Embassy, Oaks Horizon, iStay Precinct), and the required dates. The discount equates to 12% off the best available online rate for the respective hotel.

We have organised discount rates for the Pullman Adelaide (about 1.3km east-south-east of the Conference venue- can use the tram along North Terrace for most of the journey) and Ibis (about 1.5km east-south-east of the Conference venue- can use the tram along North Terrace for most of the journey) hotels.
