All prices are in Australian dollars.
Delegate registration for CHEP 2019 includes:
- Welcome reception on Monday 4 November.
- Conference dinner on Thursday 7 November.
- Daily lunch on Monday-Thursday.
- Morning & afternoon coffee/tea breaks.
Social registration for accompanying persons at CHEP 2019 includes:
- Welcome reception on Monday 4 November.
- Conference dinner on Thursday 7 November.
Pre-conference workshop registration includes:
- Morning & afternoon coffee/tea breaks on Saturday 2 November & Sunday 3 November.
- Note that lunch is not included on Saturday & Sunday.
Excursion Tickets
Conference attendees (and any accompanying persons) may choose to attend one of the organised tours that are offered on the Wednesday afternoon for an additional fee. There are three tours available:

| Cleland Wildlife Park and Mt. Lofty | $90 pp. |
| Hahndorf Highlights and Mt. Lofty | $70 pp. |
Excursion tickets may be booked via the registration page at the Conference Indico site. These tours will be run on the afternoon of Wednesday November 6th and, since they will take place in parallel, only one such tour can be selected by each participant. Please see the Tours page for details of the tours.
If you are planning to attend one of the tours, please book your tickets at the same time as completing your registration for the conference.
Conference participants are encouraged to consider the possibility of staying in Adelaide a little before or after the conference - or both! More information on pre- and post-conference tours is given on the Tours page. Note that any questions relating to pre- and post-conference tours must be directed to the tour operators, not the conference organisers.
Cancellation Fee and Refund Policy
For delegate registrations:
- Up to 16th August, 2019: Full refund minus $80 administration fee.
- From 17th August, 2019: 50% of payment refunded.
- From 14th October, 2019: no refund.
For accompanying person registrations:
- Up to 14th October, 2019: Full refund minus $20 administration fee.
- From 14 October, 2019: no refund.
